One and only advice you need when building a house is: nothing is easy and everything is complex. Choosing the right layout is no exception. We were thinking a lot about what we would like to have, before handing it over to our architect. We were certain about the following things:

• ground floor consisting of kitchen, living room, and bathroom/toilet
• bedrooms with bathroom/toilet on the upper floor
• balconies for every room

Luckily our architect was very patient with us, so in the end we were quite close to our initial ideas. Of course, certain things you need to sacrifice, especially when your budget was limited like ours.

Let us start with the ground floor.

If you ask us, the final result is amazing. Big open space where you will most probably spend most of your time during the day. Bathroom/toilet, big kitchen with an island, dining area, and big living room. From the living room you go directly to an outdoor terrace. There is also an outdoor kitchen at the terrace, together with an electric grill. What is not visible from here is a pool. Yes, you heard us well, of course, there is a pool, and quite a big one too.

Let us see how the first floor turned out in the end.

Not bad right? Big toilet/bathroom. Three bedrooms with separate entrances to balconies. Balcony 3 is all about chilling, but the right question is, who will have this room? Hm, please just do not fight over it, because after all, all rooms have a sea view. This is the most important thing in the end.
